Designing Your Life Women In Leadership Retreat
May 24-25, 2013 I co-hosted my first Designing Your Life retreat with my sister Colette Youngblood. The purpose of our retreats are to bring health to small groups of women who are leaders in ministry, business and life. We can grow and develop ourselves when we spend time alone in a healthy environment that is harmonious. My personal goal is to create this place twice yearly through my program. To be available for others who may want to create this environment for their clients, business leaders, etc.
Our theme for the weekend, "Intimacy with God" Ps.63:3. Our speaker was First Lady, LaShawn Youngblood of Pittsburgh, PA. It was held at BonSecours retreat center in Marriottsville, MD. We had a fabulous time in the rocking chair room where we created an enviornment that was theraputic. Healing and intimate moments were experienced by all.
Need a workshop speaker for your next event. Below are a few of the topics available to you.
Workshop topics include:

Your Image Your Life
In this workshop clients benefit from the use my expertise as an image consultant and coach by learning "how to live your best life inside out. When you know who you are, you care about how you present yourself in the world. The value of taking care of your inner self is that it reflected in your outer appearance and can create opportunities of influence in your life. You can experience a breakthrough in every area of your life when you understand that how you feel on the inside transcends into the physical realm. It will influence your relationships, finances, health, business.
This "four week" coaching teleconference series will help you to:
Use your imagination to create your personal image and style
Articulate your personal vision, goals, and dreams (Who am I)
Understand the importance of communicating verbally and non-verbally
for business and personal success
Engage with others using personal and professional etiquette and grooming techniques
--Being in Carla Armstrong’s workshop helped me to put the focus on me from the inner perspective not the outer place. I found out that you can accomplish a lot of external stuff but if the internal core of you is damaged or cannot be defined, then all that external stuff is just stuff. - LS Pennsylvania
